Returns Policy

It is your responsibility to return your item(s) to Vida Jewellery no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of your return. We offer refunds to the original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Please keep your proof of postage safe until your return is confirmed.

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving. Please note you will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded. Allow 3-5 working days for your funds to show in your bank account.

Returns Must Adhere to the Following:

• In original packaging
• Tags must not be removed/damaged
• No signs of wear

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

How Long Will My Return Take? After you have posted your return, please keep your proof of postage. Your return will be confirmed via email detailing your refund within the above timeframe.
